Personal Comfort & Safety

Your comfort and safety is important to us. Please be sure to inform your therapist of any inflamed joints or muscles which should be avoided during your treatment. Please note that many treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or illness. If you are expecting or have any medical condition, please inquire if the treatment you have chosen is suitable for your condition. If you have any concerns please discuss with your therapist prior to booking an appointment

What to Wear

We practice professional draping and your modesty is respected at all times. however if you would feel more comfortable, you may wear undergarments so that you can relax and enjoy your service. We discourage bringing jewelry and other valuables to Lillian Mac Day Spa, as we do not assume any responsibility for loss or damage.

The Sound of Silence

To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, Lillian Mac Day Spa is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off or switch to silent all mobile phones prior to entering. We also ask that you speak quietly throughout particularly in waiting areas and in treatment corridors. If there is need to contact you during your treatment please feel free to ask them to contact the salon and we will give you the message.

Guest Timeliness

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We wish you to have the benefit of an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, reschedule or change your reservations, please notify us at least twenty four hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation, change or rescheduling fees. For package cancellations we require 48-hour notice. All “no-shows” will be charged the full price of the service.
